For Mike Zeppi, doing things the right way isn’t a marketing slogan, it’s the standard he was raised around.

A proud U.S. Veteran and President & Owner of Anthony’s Cool School, Mike also leads Anthony’s Cooling, Heating & Electrical, carrying forward a family legacy that began when his father, Tony Zeppi, founded the company in 1988 with a simple philosophy: Do the right thing for the right reason.

That philosophy still drives Mike today.

Under his leadership, the Anthony’s name has continued to grow while staying grounded in the values it was built on; integrity, hard work, accountability, quality craftsmanship, and taking care of people.

Anthony’s Cool School is the next chapter of that legacy.

Mike believes the future of the trades depends on more than simply finding people willing to work. It requires investing in people, developing skilled professionals, raising industry standards, and creating opportunities for the next generation to build careers they can be proud of.

His vision for Cool School is straightforward: teach the trade the right way, develop the person behind the tools, and leave the HVAC industry better than we found it.

Nearly four decades after the Anthony’s story began, the mission hasn’t changed: Do the right thing. For the right reason. And help the next person coming up behind you.

Josh didn’t learn HVAC from behind a desk.

He started in the trade as a helper at 18 years old and has spent more than 25 years learning, troubleshooting, teaching, making mistakes, solving problems, and building a career with his hands.

Today, as Director & Lead Instructor of Anthony’s Cool School, Josh gets to put those years of real-world experience to work where they can have the biggest impact, developing the next generation of HVAC professionals.

His approach to training goes far beyond memorizing pressures, temperatures, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration cycles. Those things matter, but Josh believes becoming a great technician requires something more.

Character. Confidence. Communication. Critical thinking. And the willingness to keep learning.

That’s why students at Anthony’s Cool School don’t just sit in a classroom and hear about HVAC. They get their hands on equipment, work through real-world problems, learn how to think like technicians, and begin developing the mindset expected of professionals working inside people’s homes and businesses.

Josh’s philosophy is simple: Don’t just teach someone how to get the answer. Teach them how to figure it out.
